You will resolve difficult situations with guests. ![]() You will resolve service failures take immediate action to resolve service gaps and cement player loyalty by using comp authority or making exceptions. You will manage database of mid-level players to build loyalty and produce repeat business while identifying new players on the casino who meet the hosting criteria. ![]() You will provide guest service including greeting guests in the casino, participating in social events/special promotions and making transportation and accommodation arrangements observing the players' needs.
